Our original AmpShell is a premium medium universal outdoor enclosure made for any electronics, ready to plug and play. Designed for the likes of one Sonos Amp or similar, but if you want to protect virtually anything from the elements this enclosure can do it. Besides the unique ultra-versatile mounting plate, it also boasts UV, impact & weather resistant housing that meets or exceeds NEMA 3R / IP54 ratings for weather toughness.

Two 3" shrouded vent openings with fine debris filters are ready built for installing up to 2 optional fans. Plus every enclosure ships with included fan wiring and thermostat, even the 'No Fan' option, so you can always add-on the fans later if you want!
AmpShells fans, filters, wiring, straps, and thermostats are easily user replaceable if there is ever a problem, just grab them from our shop.
Equipped with optional premium fans, Dual-Ball bearings design offers safe multi-orientation installation, 67K hours run rating, robust aluminum housing, and low load thermoplastic blades, high-quality 2-pin power connectors, all this means you get the absolute longest life possible at the easiest possible maintenance level.
Select either 1 Power Outlet w/ 1 USB (A&C), or just 2 Power Outlets. Outlets are universal and support 100-240v. Power Cord options include NA (North America), UK (United Kingdom), or a EU (European Union) simply choose the one that matches your region.
The AmpShell designed to be low-profile so it blends in with most any structure or landscape. You can surface mount it in a shady spot on any structure, or pole mount (sold separately). It's easy to customize and wire with extra grommets and wire glands included. Quickly and easily secure with the keyed lock, or add your own padlock.
