The T-FREC-XL is a 1-Hour fire-rated cover, an Intertek/ETL certified (ASTM E119) 1 hour fire-rated dome that encapsulates your in-ceiling device, works with lights, speakers, and other enclosures like our Paramount in-ceiling AP enclosure. Great for any large ceiling penetration that just requires fire protection. It helps maintain the integrity of fire-resistance-rated ceilings for 60 minutes when penetrated by in-ceiling devices. 

This product helps you better meet those fire safety requirements when installing our products in ceilings or floors. This enclosure is universal and works for in-ceiling lights, speakers, other devices and ceiling enclosures that fit within the dimensions of the cover as specified. It is unique in that it can be installed retrofit, and requires no attachments or sealants to be used in most applications.
